We provide transfers between Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport and Harare suburbs, together with selected out-of-town destinations.
How can I check my fare?
Open our Fare Calculator and select your journey, destination, passenger number, luggage and pickup time for an instant estimate.
Is my quoted fare fixed?
Yes. Your fare becomes fixed once Shofe confirms the exact address, suitable vehicle and availability. Any optional charges are shown or agreed beforehand.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number when booking so we can monitor your arrival and adjust the pickup time. Flight delays do not attract a waiting charge.
Can you accommodate groups or additional luggage?
Yes. Standard transfers suit 1–2 passengers with up to two normal checked suitcases. Comfort vehicles serve 3–5 passengers or additional luggage. Larger requirements receive a custom quote.
Are early-morning and late-night transfers available?
Yes, with advance booking and subject to availability. Pickups between 22:00 and 05:00 include a US$10 night surcharge.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. We provide both airport pickups and airport drop-offs. Select the return option in our Fare Calculator or send both journey details through WhatsApp.
Do you offer Meet & Greet assistance?
Yes. Personalised name-board Meet & Greet can be added for US$5, subject to confirmation.
Do I need to pay online?
No online payment is required. Shofe will confirm the fare and payment arrangements with you directly before the journey.
